1. PRODUCTION SCHEDULE AND OPERATION SUPERVISION •Plan, organize and manage day-to-day operations on the plant floor. •Draw up a production schedules daily/monthly based upon the orders submitted by Sales Accountant. •Monitor all operations and processes in the facility. Control and monitor production output, product quality and on-time delivery are met the standard. RESULTS: •Attain inventory accuracy goals to improve company exposure at fiscal inventory. •Balance production demands as required to enhance flexibility and customer service. 2. MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT •Identify and handle with the failures of production equipment effectively. •Organise the repair and routine maintenance plan of production equipment based on a technical procedure. •Overview the equipment and spare parts list and plan the equipment purchase to serve maintenance. •Coordinate with Technical Dept. to optimize the production procedure to meet the customer’s demand and quality standard. •Research and apply to the state of the art production technology. Decide how best to use a plant’s workers and equipment to meet production goals. RESULTS: •Ensure that all production equipment, as well as the facility’s physical structure, is properly maintained. •Monitor a plant’s workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements such as working safety, industrial hygiene and fire protection. •Minimize the cost of production and optimize productivity 3. MANPOWER MANAGEMENT •Participate in interviewing and selecting candidates, then also train new hires on factory policies and procedures. •Make training plan ; provide guidance and train line workers performing production tasks. •Evaluate the KPI performance of the employees regularly. Promote, encourage, comment and reward the best ones based on their performance as well as on company policy. RESULTS: •Provide safe work areas for all employees. •Promote and submit work atmosphere to ensure new hires are possible to adapt to do the tasks outstandingly and get goals as well as keep them engaged over the long term. 4. OTHERS •Other tasks as assigned by Production Manager. •For Senior Plant Manager, be responsible for supporting and consulting other Plant Managers by giving advises and methods how to control and supervise the production management effectively. 5. REPORT TO PRODUCTION MANAGER 6. GOALS: Be in charge of running the manufacturing plant such as manage scheduling, oversee daily operating reports, and plan maintenance routine in order to increase production and operate smoothly by providing leadership and develop strategic plans. Manage all production equipment and facilities, finished products, warehouses and goods belongs to the plant.  

- At least the college degree in Electrical and Industrial Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or relevant majors. - At least 3 years of work experience as Plant Manager or Supervisor in relevant industrial manufacturing. - Comprehensive understanding and interpretations skills of Auto-Cad drawings. - Management and coaching skills. - Technical and production skills. - High awareness and understanding of safety and risk policies. - Understanding and work experience with quality standards like ISO and Global GAP. - Pro-active and innovative regarding quality and efficiency improvement in Production. - Able to communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. change to English & Khmer. - High- pressure work environments - Be willing to travel for job.
