_ Support all staff under supervision with the policies and procedures, operational manuals and methodology guides _ Refresh and coach staff on internal control system to prevent and minimize mistakes _ Review and ensure correct implementation of management controls by checking the reliability, completeness and accuracy of reports or actions within branches and at regional level _ Support implementation of internal audit recommendations _ Pre-assess all branches, mini-branches and regional offices to identify control gaps and coaching needs _ Prepare a control program plan for mini-/ branches and regional offices to ensure missions are completed smoothly within the timeframe _ Brief relevant staff (on the mission report and findings to ensure they are aware of all issues that need correcting _ Produce final mission report and submit it to supervisor and line manager _ File all mission documents ensuring they are stored safely _ Respond to ad hoc requests for additional dedicated controls from Head of Region/Head of Dept., and for new activities/processes and additional control activities _ Provide training on internal control system, Business Continuity Plan, Business Manual Guidelines, .etc ensure they are fully aware of related policies, operational manuals and procedures

_ Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Auditing or related fields; _ Minimum 2 years of experience in business and risk management in MFI or banking industry Good interpersonal and communication skills; _ Dynamic, pleasant, hardworking, honest, patient and willing to travel to province; _ Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English; _ Good Computer literacy.
