- The HR Executive will report to Country Head of HR to ensure that YHS (Cambodia) is compliance with all the Cambodia labor laws and regulations, ensure talent acquisition is done on time as planned, new staff orientation and onboarding program, administer the leave records of employees and OT form and ensure data protection. - She/he will also be in charge of organizing events for the company when there are any, and administer Stationary, Security Guard, Cleaners, Canteen, Gardening, and other administrative works.
