• Directly responsible to the Deputy CEO • Plans, directs, and develops tools in managing the entire operations of the Amory Co., Ltd, including all departments of Amory Co., Ltd, Amory Food & Beverage, Real Estate Development and future businesses. • Develops both short and long term strategic plans of the company resulting in overall growth and strong competitive edge in the emerging markets; • Ensures technical and professional adherence to updated international and/or national accounting and audit standards • Regularly evaluates and improves operations and financial performance

• Language proficiency in at least two other languages: English, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean or other appropriate languages • Significant management experience in a real estate development company with a proven record of success as General Manager or similar capacity • Travel to provinces of at least 30% of working hours • Graduated Master degree is preferred • Strong background in sales and/or marketing • Solid experience in promoting and handling positive and successful client relationships
