Restaurant Supervisor / Assistance Restaurant Manager Responsible for managing daily operations, and facility. Play active role in marketing the restaurant and devising promotional programs internet with customer and venders. Ensure the quality of food Hygiene and cleanliness standard. 1. Ensure that Food & Beverage Standards are being adhered to. 2. Keep aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in Food and Beverage preparation and service in the hospitality field. 3. Maintains a high profile within the restaurant during service time, with emphasis on guest relations and needs, and the smooth flow of service considering the SOP’s 4. Supervise the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved. 5. Take personal responsibility for maximizing quality levels of product and service, and guest satisfaction. 6. Supervise the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times. ** Waiter/Waitress & Service - Greet and welcome guests warmly and efficiently - Report regularly to captain/supervisor with regard to daily operation - Follow up the food running and ordering - Serve the foods and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner - Present the menu and take the orders - Present the bill to guests - Prepare and check the setting-up, clearance, facility arrangement, flower, decoration and plate presentation. - Arrange service utensil placement, napkin folding, linen collection & ironing - Follow up the pre/post service delivery - Follow up the cleanliness and hygiene of the work area - Perform other duties as assigned

- Previous experience in a 3-4* Hotel / Resort or Restaurant essential. - Computer and Reporting skills required. - Honest and professional approach with preference for working within a team environment. - Focused on providing an excellent guest experience. - Responsible and helpful to others - English speaking & another language will be preferred.
