Supervise the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved. 5. Take personal responsibility for maximizing quality levels of product and service, and guest satisfaction. 6. Supervise the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times.

- Previous experience in a 3-4* Hotel / Resort or Restaurant essential. - Computer and Reporting skills required. - Honest and professional approach with preference for working within a team environment. - Focused on providing an excellent guest experience. - Responsible and helpful to others - English speaking & another language will be preferred.
