Jobs Description

P&L Management • Develop and lead the execution of a commercial solutions strategy to deliver high double-digit growth year-on-year and to further establish the business as the leading service pharma company in Cambodia. • Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable. Marketing • Lead the marketing team • Develop marketing and launch plans for brands under management • Determine positioning of the products. • Define channel strategies, develop customer/account segmentation and targeting. • Set the Advertising & Promotion budget. Prioritize investments in line with category and portfolio footprint. • Review offtake against forecast and objectives and provide valuable insights to all stakeholders. Sales • Lead the ethical and consumer health sales teams across all channels. • Determine headcount allocation across channels • Lead the Salesforce Effectiveness function • Develop and implement SFE tools • Deliver on the sales budget Market Access • Continuously assess Go-To-Market models • Further develop and optimize the current route to market for consumer health products. Client / Business Development (support the Business Development Team) • Support on the identification and evaluation of business opportunities/leads in the ethical, consumer health and medical device space • Build collaborative relationships with Client Companies. Current Clients include for example Sanofi, Pfizer, Abbott, Physiolac, Bailly Creat. • Support the negotiation process for new business and business under renewal. Prepare contracts, providing inputs on proper pricing and contract terms • Identify upselling opportunities and manage contract renegotiations with existing clients. People • Lead and inspire team members to meet and exceed goals / achieving the defined objectives (currently approx. 200FTE) • Decide on resource allocation and set the annual headcount budget • Maintain and improve employee satisfaction through training, development, career path development, fair and equitable remuneration structures, etc. • Systematically and continuously upgrade the capabilities of team members through training, coaching and other means.

Jobs Requirement

• You have a University degree, ideally in Business or a medical discipline • You have strong understanding of the infant formula and/or pharmaceutical industry with significant commercial experience, experience in Cambodia is a pre. • You have demonstrable experience in leading large teams and in holding P&L responsibility • You have strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable in questioning, challenging and inspiring people; comfortable in interacting with business leaders, customers and others • You are culturally sensitive and know how to have conversations with partners that will positively impact the relationship while being sensitive to the local culture and with the culture of our clients • You are an entrepreneur, have a passion to grow the business and a passion for self-development and career growth.
