1. Record day to day Financial Transactions and complete the posting process; 2. Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger; 3. Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account; 4. Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy; 5. Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner; 6. Manage & Verify receivables are collected on schedule and accuracy; 7. Manage local and oversea payable; 8. Prepare Payment for Petty Cash replenishment; 9. Bank reconciliation.

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Banking 2. Have minimum 2-year experiences in Accounting filed 3. Proven Bookkeeping experience 4. Solid understanding of Basic Bookkeeping and Accounting Payable/Receivable Principles 5. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records 6. Knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping procedures 7. Proficiency in English writing, speaking and in MS Office, and QuickBooks 8. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail 9. Excellent analytical and time management skills 10. Deadline & result-oriented, 11.
