- Create, implement and execute the daily and annual preventive maintenance plan for the building - Manage the operation of the department to ensure outstanding guest service, experience and product quality - Regularly inspect the property, assess maintenance requirements and take action - Manage repair, renovation and maintenance projects including budget, schedule, contractors and ensure high quality outcome - Ensure the safety of guests (tenants) and personnel within the premises by strictly adhere to all corporate Health and Safety policies and local regulations - Work closely with all department heads and provide strong support - Closely monitor energy usage and ensure reasonable expenses - Conduct regular training and develop the Engineering Team - Ensure that all potential and actual hazards are reported immediately and rectified
