1.Manage day-to-day operational work at reservations department and to assure the satisfactory of all corporate, and travel partners in term of booking confirmation and its accuracy for all Chavon Hospitality’s property. Monitor competitor pricing for all revenue generating departments, understands the dynamic of the local market and the demand generators, and recommends appropriate actions to DOSM in relation to the hotel’s pricing and market mix strategy. 3.Conduct weekly rate/sell strategy (yield) meetings with DOSM and provide input to assure that the monthly revenue plan is achievable. 4.Monitor all OTAs channel, work effectively with OTA partners and ensure that the yearly target is accomplished based on the goal set by the company and by using all strategy plan and campaign. 5. Lead, supervise, and train any new team member in order for them to complete their task correctly and effectively. Provide feedback and guidance to individual reservation member for their improvement in term of self-development and career moving.

-Completed bachelor degree or high school up -2 or 3 years work experience in Reservation & E-commerce. -Good English in communication and writing (other language is priority). -Knowledge of computer usage (Word, Excel, Paper Work, E-mail, Internet….). -Good personality, friendly, team work, understand and help each other, responsible, wish to learn new thing, open mind, punctual, follow superior advisor. -Be neatly dressed and well-groomed. -Good attitude and high morality with honestly. -High commitment and passion to work.
