Jobs Description

Production and implementation of operational work plans and budgets. o Recruitment of staffs along with HR. o Management of resources to achieve required service response, quality and cost performance indicators. o Development and oversight of staff appraisal & supervision systems are in line with required competencies. o Resolving performance issues among staffs. o Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. o Prepare shift/plan for officers, cleaners and workers. o Maintains staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. o Ensures availability of services & maintaining inventories. o Coordinate with electrician supervisor to prepare schedule of small engines, tools, electricity, water supply equipment’s’ maintenance; and coordinate with third party to regular maintenance of engines, machines and other equipment’s. o Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Relationship Management o Maintain relationships with the restaurants, shops & Made in Cambodia market managers and staffs. o Focus point to facilitate all communications between all outlets tenants. o Examine requests of outlets complaints and coordinate with GM to deal with comments & issues. o Guest relation during busy operation hours with information and guest questionnaire assessment. Communicate guest feedback with GM. o Supervise staff to deliver quality services to customers in a good & professional manner. Daily Operations o Conduct Daily meeting with electricians, gardeners, cleaners and security teams to review past, present and futures aspect of problems & developments of operations. o Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, & personnel policies and procedures. o Insure that all the village public areas including the toilets and the waterwheel are clean, sanitized and orderly. o Keep KRA environment thoroughly clean & in good hygiene. o Ensure companies’ property is well and regularly maintained; grass cut, floors scrubbed & clean, building walls & glass clean. o Check all the lights inside and around KRA, including streets, bridge, billboard and riverside areas. Ensure all areas are well lit. o Supervising the Daily maintenance of security equipment and their proper working order. o Uphold and implement the policies & procedures of all aspects of each department. o Daily & weekly report to GM, detailed communication to GM on all aspect of operations and reporting all problems & conflicts. Security o Secures the location by implementing security systems and measures to protect staff, guests and customers. (Fire safety) o Daily inspection & meeting with the security officers. Review security log from the previous night. Verifying the rounds log. o Weekly meeting with security manager. Reporting on security issues. o All Security officers must be up to date on emergency procedures. o Conduct fire drill 2 times per month with KRA, restaurants, shops, Made in Cambodia managers & staffs with Videos & demonstration. Education on how to respond to emergency situation without panic. Proper evacuation of KRA.
