- Coordinates all of the financing for the customers. - Monitor customer credit and financial risk management - Assess appropriate interest rate and payment options - Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs. - Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops Finance Department staff - Leads and directs the preparation of annual budgets and strategic plans. - Ensure that all finance, treasury and accounting activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and in according with relevant company policies, local and international regulations, rules & laws and standards. - Prepares and analyzes periodic accounting and financial reports in terms of profitability and position against budget - Ensures that all statutory reports and returns are delivered in a timely and accurate manner to the National Bank of Cambodia, and related local regulator. - Liaise and build collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders
