 Maintain Fixed Assets Register to determine physical assets tagging  Bank Reconciliation management  Checking and verifying postings done by subordinators.  To check post GL closing for month end i.e. Accruals / Prepayments.  Verifying payments vouchers before getting approval for payment.  Review account receivable and follow up with customer when necessary.  Responsible for month end closing of Financial Report.  Responsible for tax declaration  Responsible for the effective management of internal controls and the operation effectiveness of accounting systems  Assist Finance Manager for the review of annual budget  Assist Finance Manager for audit planning and completion  Responsible for monthly end closing of Financial Report  Responsible for the internal control and daily operation of accounting system  Monitor, checking, post GL closing account (Accruals, prepayment)

 Bachelor degree in accounting/ finance or other related fields;  5 years of experience with accounting works;  Good at computer skills (Ms. Word/Excel) and English both speaking and writing;  Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude;  Willing to do more tasks as assigned and able to work independently with less supervision.
