Jobs Description

Job Description: - Responsible for leading, delegating, and guiding interior designer team in designing internal relevant projects. - Translate the needs of clients into design idea/concept. - Developing concept design into construction drawing. - Site inspection (checking and correcting) during construction and progress reports. - Coordinate between relevant disciplines. - Provide technical solution when needed during designing projects. - Provide technical solution when problems occur during construction progress. - Work directly with line manager as well as top management. - Check and verify technical drawing before submitting to top management/client/construction team. - Ensure the teams are meeting deadline. - Manage and check weekly schedule for interior designer and update project progress. - Material selection , propose to make cost efficiency

Jobs Requirement

Job Requirements: - Age: 25-35 - Female/Male - Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or relevant field. - At least 4-years experiences in similar position. - Be creative/innovative. - Able to come up with initiative. - Able to use computer application (AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max + Rendering plug-in, SketchUp +Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Ms. Office). - Able to do hand sketching. - Good communication, friendly and welcoming person. - Able to work under pressure, as a team and individual. - Self-confident and self-driven. - Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment. - Good behavior, hardworking, flexible, honest and self-motivated. - Strong knowledge in professional skill. - Good in writing, speaking and listening English (Chinese is a plus). * Staff’s Benefit: • Received Gasoline Monthly • Provide Phone, Sim Card and Phone card • Annual Leave 15days • Sick Leave 7days • Special Leave 7days • Public Holiday (Follow Cambodia Labour Law) • Private Insurance (Health & Accident) • Public Insurance (NSSF) • Staff’s Evaluation • Staff's Training • Staff's Mission Allowance • Staff's Scholarships • Staff’s Birthday • Uniform • Annual Party • Yearly Bonus • 13th Salary • Other Special discount from partner shops
