Jobs Description

- Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision making process and ensure success working flow. - Be responsible for the annual budget process; financing with bank, provide monthly reviews, and implementing Business plans and other programs. - Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances - Manage and ensure the accuracy of accounting-related issues and is compliance to international standard and Cambodia regulations, in particular relating to implementation of new Cambodian International Financial Reporting Standard (CIFRS), funds transfer pricing and cost allocation. - Review and comply with monthly tax payment - Control tax plan to meet local tax regulation and submit tax form within deadline - Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles - Other task assign by Chairman & CEO

Jobs Requirement

- Age 30 ~ 45 - Male & Female - Master’s degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, ACCA or CAT, or equivalent - At least 7-year experience in Finance & Accounting in Real Estate industry. - Have a good general understanding of Cambodian International Financial Reporting standards and of Cambodia tax law and procedures of tax declaration. - Ability to solve and facilitate the problems taken place in working process - Strong Leadership and supervisory skills - Good communication, friendly and welcoming person. - Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment. - Good communication, and demonstrated customer service skills - Able to work under pressure and good at team work. - Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office suite -Good in writing/speaking/listening English (Chinese is a plus). * Code of Conduct: • Keep a good presentation and express perfect behavior and appearance, seriousness • Be industrial and helpful • Be polite and friendly • Honesty, loyalty, and pay attention on work • Work independent and confidential * Staff’s Benefit: • Received Gasoline Monthly • Provide Phone, Sim Card and Phone card • Annual Leave 15days • Sick Leave 7days • Special Leave 7days • Public Holiday (Follow Cambodia Labour Law) • Private Insurance (Health & Accident) • Public Insurance (NSSF) • Staff’s Evaluation • Staff's Training • Staff's Mission Allowance • Staff's Scholarships • Staff’s Birthday • Uniform • Annual Party • Yearly Bonus • 13th Salary • Other Special discount from partner shops
