- Research, collect and analyze construction costs of all project plans - Check and evaluate BOQ and other contracts - Prepare, control and facilitate sub-contractions and bidding for projects - Measure and evaluate the working process - Organize measurement of BOQ - Make sure that the project plan is correct in accordance to the quantity including technical condition - Prepare monthly report of cost control and QS work

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related fields - 3 years’ experience in QS - Possess good problems solving skills - Be willing to work as a team with high responsibility - Possess good moral attitude - Be capable of using Ms. Project - Be competent in Auto CAD, Ms. Excel, Ms. Office & Internet-Email - Good Health and be able to work under pressure
