-Control and follow up project with sub-contractor; - Plan and arrange schedule for project; - Make sure project is being completed by deadline; - Make the work is being carried out smoothly; - Conduct regular site inspection; - Check and discuss with structure engineer to reconcile drawing and site work; - Inspect sub-contractor work/materials quality and provide recommendation; - Prepare process report and raise up incurring problem; - Join weekly meeting to update result achievement; - Perform other tasks assigned by construction department manager.

- Bachelor Degree in Civil or rural engineering; - Minimum 2 years-experience in Civil construction managerial; - Strongly experience in leading and managing site work operation; - Knowledge in irrigation and drainage system; - Knowledge in road construction at site; - Knowledge in Auto cad (Technical drawing) - Knowledge in quality control; - Understand in land survey; - Good reporting skills; - Good problem resolving skills; - Computer skills on MS word, Excel, internet and email; - Friendly, helpful, flexible, and honest person; - Hard work and result oriented;
