• Prepare and mange fixed asset list • Update and monitor fixed asset schedule including depreciation • Tagging and labelling fixed assets • Manage construction and relevant asset’s contracts and agreements • Arrange payment schedule in accordance to the contracts • Verify fixed asset purchase request and payment with adequate supporting document • Record transaction in to the accounting system • Track costing and verify with the contract • Conduct physical count and asset reconciliation • Assess fixed asset condition and impairment • Regular follow up with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders • Prepare relevant reports as per request • Maintain proper filing and documentation • Others tasks assigned by Finance Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, banking & finance or another related field • Minimum 0-1 year experience in accounting/finance • Good at solving problem solving skills • Experience in accounting work with accounting software packages (Sage, QuickBooks, and others) • Be able to use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, internet and email • Able to work under pressure and deadline • Attention to detail
