- Work with sub-distributors in 3 to 5 provinces or more based on assigned - Ensure good distribution coverage and achieve sales target of assigned products - Lead and provide necessary training to sales team in provinces - Establish and maintain effective relationship with key retailers and sub-distributor - Develop and execute trade promotional activities - Provide weekly and monthly report to management - Other tasks will be assigned by Regional Sales Manager
