Jobs Description

• Support on report of sales team to fulfill requirement by line manager • Consolidate and submit report to line manager daily, weekly, monthly by assigning • Generate/consolidate from Sales tam as necessary • Minute Taking for sales team meeting. • Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format • Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals • Meets with other departments to make sure that sales people are doing their job correctly • Collect and review on sale team work plan and work on allowance claim for sale team • Developing and monitoring performance indicators • Generate sales tracking tools and report on important information • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board • Oversees workflow of all business processing including preparation of reports, charts, and other statistics to support and direct the sales department. • Work with sale team and staff at all branch to ensure meet their requirement report and support. • Perform other duties or function if and when required, other duties assigned by line manager **Marketing related: • Promote and position company product to customers/dealers. • Monitor and report on competitive offerings in the market. • Liaise with strategic partners to ensure successful partnership and customer satisfaction ** Customer First: • Understand customer value drivers across portfolio and target customers • Establish effective communication channels across company and with customers • Maximize the customer experience and satisfaction with dealer/customer • Understand customer’s requirement for company and current/future trends Well Managed • Maintain and prepare sales reporting for line manager. • Implement business strategy for target Partners Lead & Inspire • Build the reputation of company in the market • Proactively identify areas of improvement for company, team and self • Get involved in team activities/cross-area initiatives. Innovation & Growth • Actively embrace and demonstrate commitment to company values and aspirations • Ensure sharing of “best practices” ideas • Embrace, drive and support changes • Identify potential process/service enhancements, escalate as appropriate, and document suggestions

Jobs Requirement
