Job Summary: The position objectives are to execute and support effective sales management strategies in AIA agency offices to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: •Agency visit & promotion •Prepare agency visit materials (PPT, Reports) •Conduct business review activities •Support agency events •Update sales, contest & finance package progress to agency •Handle enquiries from agents •Follow up case to be issued with agents and underwriting team •Office administrative tasks • Executes and support agency-wide and location-based sales initiatives in order to achieve Agency location key result areas in 1.Monthly and Yearly ANP achievements, 2.Number of Active LPs, 3.Activity Ratio, 4.Recruitment of new LPs, 5.Persistency of existing business. This role also performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.

•Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred •At least 1-2 years of working experience •Public speaking & communication •Project management skills •Good knowledge on MS Excel & PowerPoint
