• Develop project scope and objective involving relevant stakeholder and ensure technical feasibility • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track the issues during development • Facilitate business process analysis and business requirement gathering and documentation • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Diagram basis workflows from business requirement to ensures project design and specification to provide reliable project blueprint and implementation • Leverage methodologies to speed up project delivery • Participate in technical tasks and short-term projects • Address, prioritize and escalate tasks as required • Track tasks assigned and provide reminders as needed • Define procedures, processes, and reports to allow the smooth functioning for delivering multiple IT projects • Coordinate the delivery of services among different activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent in related field • At least 2 years of experiences in Software Development and at least 1 years in Project Management • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent • Well-organized • Good knowledge and practice on software development • Good communication skill, both spoken and written in English and Khmer • Be pro-active and self-starting • Friendly and helpful • Good facilitation skills a cross stakeholder team • Good time management skills and ability to multitask • Basic background/strong interest in information technologies, project management and business analysis
