Jobs Description

Key Responsibilities: •Strategy & Planning: Assist the management of a specific program (New LP, Existing LP, or Leaders training programs) and/or sub-function(s) to support the agency objectives and assist in strategic planning; •Training Execution: Conduct training to equip the agency leaders and agents with the relevant knowledge and skills in areas such as sales advisory process, sales skills, product, compliance, sales management skills, recruitment skills etc; •Sale Engagement: Build and strengthen rapport with agency force through routine and regular contact, directing sale drive, communicating Premier Academy standards and expectation; resolving training and development concerns; •Monitoring & Evaluation: a)Ensure the quality of the curriculum design and program roll out. Evaluate the effectiveness of training events through feedback, discussion and agency visits, as well as analysis of business outcomes, pre and post training events; b)Collect and consolidate with regular reports regarding training attendance, activities and outcomes; c)Communicate and promote central and location training programs and events so that attendance is optimized.

Jobs Requirement

Job Requirements: •A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Education •At least 3 years of training experience •Sales and supervisory experience will be an advantage •Training background and curriculum development expertise. •Administrative and organizational skills. •Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantage; •Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders; •People motivation skills; •Result-oriented, committed, flexible, and self-driven individuals •Dynamic, independent, creative, positive-thinking and vibrant •Enjoy working in challenging environment
