Duties and Responsibilities - Oversee construction project from beginning to the end - Manage the budget and estimate costs - Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and man power needed - Keep tract of inventory, tools and equipment. - Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule. - Prepare reports regarding job status. - Resolve any problem that may arise - Ensure compliance with safty regulations and building codes. - Evaluate risks - Train and mentor construction worker and construction laborers depending on the size of the project. - Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team - Negotiate with external vendor on contract agreement. - Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses form authorities for construction sites. - Plan construction operations. - Ensure all deadlines are met. - Hie contractor and staff including construction laborers. - Delegate responsibilities - Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects. - Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly. - Handle any environment or local community issues that may come up during a project. - Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards,

Requirements and Qualifications • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering • Master’s degree in engineering management or business administration preferred • 6+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a management role • Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems • Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team • Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track • Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment • Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
