• Creates an environment of people development with emphasis placed on building a culture of ownership and delivering results • Ambassador of Safety/Health. Ensures team compliance with all Safety/Health, Environmental & Ethical requirements/standards • Provides single-point accountability and leadership for all supply planning of finished and work in process products’ portfolio throughout the product life cycle. • Master data management including initial setup and ongoing parameter refresh (SKU and location level) • Maintain returnable MRP for empties • Manages team by placing value on discipline in execution of processes, ensure action in delivery of KPI’s, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. • Manages and mitigates the risks associated with volatility of both demand and supply. Key responsibilities include managing the resources that perform Production Planning & Master scheduling activities to deliver service. Also, the role requires working with cross functional partners to ensure smooth execution

• Bachelor degree and preferred APICS CPIM certified • Minimum of 5-7 years supply planning experience/ 2-3 years’ managerial experience • Proficient English in spoken and written • Proficient in MS Office, experience with Navision ERP a plus • High integrity & positive work ethics • Good communication & negotiation skills • Team player/Continuous learning • Self-motivated and has desire to add value and improve
