• Ensuring all personnel, contractors, customers, and visitors, comply strictly with Company and Regulatory requirements for HSE in quarry environment • Maintenance of all crushing plant equipment - Jaw/cone / VSI - to OEM standards • Maintenance planning, spares forecasting, plant upgrades to ensure utilization and availability targets are met • Training maintenance personnel in best practice in all aspects of planned maintenance • Production as per volume / cost / quality targets • Planning daily / weekly / monthly to ensure all targets are met • Liaise closely with other departments to ensure a collaborative approach to meeting targets • Forecasting clearly on any threats to achieving targets • Be an example of correct standards to all • Instrumental in developing CMI Group Quarries as a market leader.

• Graduated from technical university / Extensive experience in Field • At least 5-year experiences leading team in related field • Understanding of industry and safety standards • Functional knowledge of quality control • Knowledge of safe machine practice standards • Ability to Train Less-Experienced Operators • Must be available to work days, nights and weekends, and occasionally holidays • Good Supervising and Organizational skills with high level of attention to detail and ability to motivate and manage • Confident, assertive and polite individual capable of building good working relationships with staff • Mid-level position, with input into other departments as required to ensure an effective outcome for core responsibilities • Hours: Generally as per standard contract, though flexibility is required to meet customer requirements • Documentation: Daily/ Weekly / Monthly / maint maint report - ad hoc reports as required • Limit Of authority: Maintenance department personnel report directly to job holder, authority as per company policy/quarry manager guidance.
