- Prepare payment voucher, receipt voucher and jornal voucher Check the invoice/bill and process payment to suppliers - Posting batch of accounting transaction to system - Prepare daily cash record of banks and cash transactions - Review and check admin expenses for branches - Follow up the accrual account and cash advanced - Prepare monthly bank reconcile and do report at beginning of month - Scan all passbooks and bank statements report every month - Do the adjustment for accounting transaction at the end of month - Prepare daily depreciation, disposal fixed asset - Responsible for all banking operations - Compute taxes liability and ensure compliance with tax payment - Collect daily closing transaction and monthly transaction from branches - Follow up internal control and prepare monthly admin expense and compare with plan - Cooperate with internal and external auditors - Renew annual patent with Tax Department

- Holding bachelor degree of accounting or finance or related field - At least one or two years related working experience - Has technical accounting skills - Good analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills - Be able to use Computer program such as Accounting System, Ms. Office, Internet and Email - Be able to work under pressure - Be able to speak, read, and write English (Korean is a plus)
