- Develop technical training plan / program and documentation for the staff for continuous learning effectiveness e.g. Structured training Program & OJT. - Identify, plan and implement staff Training Needs Identification. - Manage site technical training administration including Training Report, Training Record and Training Policy. - Liaise with outside / external parties for matters related to training including training providers. - Conduct training for local and expat staff.

Experience and Qualification: - Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering / technical, of which 2 years in related position. - Previous teaching experience will be a strong advantage. - Knowledgeable in power generation industry, or other heavy industry, will be a strong advantage. - Possess good interpersonal and English communication skills. Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
