- Administration of all the Donors & Sponsors Overseas and in Cambodia (not Accounting) - Track Donation Payments (Follow up with missing payment) - Manage New Sponsorships Applications (Assigning and matching the Child from our Program with a Sponsor profile) - Manage Communication with Donors and Sponsors - Create weekly and monthly Customer Analysis & Reports - Update and maintain contact information

Flexible, adapt ● Self-motivated ● Cultivates a positive workplace environment ● At least be a third or fourth-year student of Business Administration or other related fields ● At least 1-year working experience in the related field (Administration, Marketing or Donor Relations) is an advantage ● Excellent interpersonal skills ● Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Khmer) ● Ability to comfortably interact with diverse internal and external audiences, including sponsors and donors ● Meticulous (strong attention to details) ● Good Microsoft Office and communication tool skills (Email, Skype, Telegram) ● Work independently with little direction ● Enjoy team working ● Honest, professional, and responsible ● Eager to learn new things ● High commitment
