1-Management -  Manage cash income from staff room & electricity and follow up them to pay -  Count the cash of offering on Sunday and fill in counting sheet & Church Metrics -  Koni cash payment for his staff food and staff house -  Koni cash payment for ICF House rental 2 Booking in Excel Sheet -  Book food payment to Catering -  Record the receipts from Catering spending -  Record food sale -  Booking all expenses 3-  Manage Stock -   Do inventory of drinks in stock & Fridge -   Find out differences in drinks 4- Admin -  File all documents and receipts month by month in folders - Check and control office Supplies - Perform other tasks as required by the management

- At least be a three or fourth-year student of Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields - Possess of some working experience in the related field is an advantage - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ms. Word, Excel - QuickBook (if any) - Enjoy with team working - Honest, professional, and responsible - Happy to learn new things - High commitment
