1. JOB PURPOSE •Supervises information technology department staffs •Manage and ensure application performance and effectiveness •Coordinate with internal and external parties for business expansion & budget controlling •Design strategic plan to make sure IT hardware & software meets existing and future business direction •Conduct research and make recommendation on IT products, services, protocols and standards in support business 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Manage a team of IT professionals. Management role include performance evaluation, coaching and development, goal setting and project tracking. •Oversees software administration (configuration, monitoring and maintenance). Design and manage organization network architecture in sorting HUB and remote branches •Oversees hardware administration (configuration, monitoring and maintenance). Design and manage company IT assets, and control IT related investment budget •Diagnosis and troubleshooting daily issues. Ensure all system & equipment performance and provide capacity forecasting •New technology evaluation and ongoing vendor management

•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IE or related field •Experience minimum 10 years in IT field •Experience with IT application design and management •Experience with hardware procurement and IT asset manageent •Good interpersonal skill, good service mind and high responsibility •May provide after-hours support as needed •Good English proficiency Application Information Interested candidate should send Cover Letter and CV with recent photos to the email below with subject title as the position applied by 28 Feb 2019.
