Responsibility: • Make cost comparison between a vendors to another vendors. • Checking on document (sale contract, PI, or Invoice) when received from Vendors. • Updated cost by vendors. • Monitor stock levels: controlling inventory levels to avoid stock-out situations. • Make Purchase Report. • Purchasing Tracking: Order date, ETD, ETA, and Payment. • Make Sale Report by brand. • Make purchase requisition and purchase order. • Updated Price List monthly (FS & RT) • Set up and updated contract sale price by customers.(by monthly, quarterly and semester) • Send Price List and Quotation to Customers if need • Making comparison sale price with other competitors • Summary Sale by Sale person by customers monthly to Boss/COO • Other tasks required by superior.
