- Conduct the collection policy, manual, company regulation and relevant law. Such as way of talking with customer, handling personal information, home way of investigation and management of receipt. - Call to customer for guide the payment information before due date. - Negotiate with un-payment customer for making them repay monthly billing after due date. - Manage the in charge of collection billing. - Achieve the monthly target of collection performance. - Improve the collection performance more than last month or year. - Collect billing directory from customer based on collection policy and manual. - Investigate the un-contact customer’s house and office based on collection performance. - Report the daily collection performance to supervisor. - Other tasks assigned by supervisor and management.

- BA or pursuing BA in Sales & Marketing or any related fields - Good Communication skill with morality - Be able to use Microsoft Offices - Work under pressure, Friendly and respect - Good Communication skill with morality - Ability to respond with teams working, customers, and general public - Hard working and high commitment.
