 Ensure Claims payments are in accordance with the Claims management guidelines of the company  Confer with legal counsel on Claims requiring litigation  Conduct workshops and training to the staff to improve and enhance their knowledge and skills in Claims processing  Ensure effective communication with agencies and customers  Maintain all Claims document  Review and recommend changes to the Claims process and any associated document/form  Maintain Claims files such as records of settled Claims and an inventory of Claims requiring details analysis  Undertake other duties as required by Claims Department

 Bachelor Degree in related fields  Minimum of 2 years relevant experience  Good English communication skills both verbal and written  Experience insurance system and Microsoft Office  Good integrity, positive attitude, high commitment, and competence  Be willing to travel when required
