 Driving the agendas of HR & Admin to fully support the business  Daily overseeing the office management & ensuing on time in full of services  Ensuring HR compliances with the Ministry of Labor & Vocation Training  As a departmental lead, he or she shall act as a key contact person for external affairs with government bodies (MoC, City Hall, MoL, GDT) with different agendas  Building employer branding through HR points of view to attract and maintain more talents  Maintaining and developing applicable guidelines to fit the business movement  Ensuring the healthier of talent pipelines (succession plan, career path, etc.)  Leading few teams of HR, Admin and IT to ensure proper correspondents

 Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer applications  Minimum 7 Years of relevant work experiences  University graduate major in HR Management or related professions  Well versed in local Employment Ordinance and HR practices in the market  Well familiar with talent search and recruitment process  Specific experience with real practices related to labor law  Very effective organizational skill  Team-building skills
