Jobs Description

The objective of this position is to assist the Director/s on allday to day tasks, leading administration responsibilities and also assisting with research and content development; and record meeting minutes. Specifically, this position will focus in the following areas, in order of priority: • Ensure that all directions / instructions / variation orders are well documented; • Compile and organize all project related documentation coordinating with Director/s; • Collaborate with internal and external design, construction, marketing, sales, finance and legal departments; • Work with vendors to ensure project requirements and objectives are met; • Follow up on deadlines and any changes in project schedules to ensure project stays up to date; • Undertake research, present findings and assist in preparing reports; • Maintain filing system with Director/s; • Undertake any tasks as assigned by Director/s. • Organize meetings, set up agendas, record meeting minutes; and schedule follow ups. • Support and manage project expenses by reviewing contractor claims for payments before submitting for approval and processing; • Manage and process internal project teams’ expenses and reimbursements; • Maintain the Director/s’ schedule, liaising with contacts as required; • Help prioritize Director/s’ tasks, assist with follow up; • Responsible for travel arrangements and schedules. • Assist on research and content development with PDD; • Other tasks assigned by PDD from time to time.

Jobs Requirement

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent; -Fluency in MS Projects / MS Dynamics / Propertybase and or capacity to learn quickly; -Customer service oriented. -4+ years’ experience in an office environment; -Strong organizational and time management skills; -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well-developed presentation skills; -Excellent in minute writing and recording; -Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is still in its formative period; -Experience in the real estate / property development / architecture industry essential. * Languages: Fluent in English, competency in either Khmer or Chinese (Mandarin) preferred but not essential. Working hours: Approximately 40-45 hours per week; primary work days shallbe Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM with occasional offsite work. Work outside of official hours will be required on occasions. Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Reports to: This position reports to the Project Development Director. Compensation: ULS is offering a competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
