Reporting to the manager, this role will involve setting up, maintaining and. cleaning equipment, welcoming guests, explaining programs and activities, teaching members and guests how to use the equipment, providing basic fitness information, reporting and resolving complaints, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the gym space and ensuring rules and regulations are enforced. Some attendants may also help promote LLFitness activities and organize special events. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITY AREAS 1. To provide excellent customer service to our members and guests 2. To deal with setting up, maintaining and cleaning equipment 3. Teaching members and guests how to use the equipment and provide basic fitness information 4. To ensure the gym studio areas are maintained to a high standard during each shift 5. Provide support to reception and management where required

- Build a good rapport and relationship with all of our members and guests - Deal with customer enquirers in a friendly and efficient manner - Monitor the door entry and exit system and provide assistance when required - To actively promote and sell the various memberships available at LLFitness - Maintain and update the management on any issues with the equipment - Promote member challenges and initiatives - Able to seek solutions and resolve problems, as and when they arise - General housekeeping duties as they relate to the equipment and gym studio space - Have a friendly and professional approach - First Aid Qualification desirable or willing to obtain - Outgoing and confident with people of all ages - Speak/read English and Khmer - Ability to work shifts (flexible ours considered) - Honest and reliable - A genuine interest in Health and Fitness
