* Supervise and guide the Sales Rep. and products Promoter Officer that is under his/her assigned areas. * To ensure that performance is at optimal level; * Monitor closely the sales performance of the company’s brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved; * Measure and evaluate the performance of the sales force and distributor; * Execute promotional and merchandising and representatives in negotiation of sponsorship and contracts; * Managing the distribution and to ensure that the distributors achieve their set targets; * Generating daily, weekly and monthly sale reports; * Ensuring that all claims are complies with company policy; and * Other assignment may require to do time by time.

* Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or another related field. * 2 or 3 years experiences in Sales Supervisor role * Selling Skill * Strong interpersonal skill * Leadership Skill * Good communications (oral & written Khmer/English) skills * Computer Skill * Able to a flexible working hour * Strong commitment and result-oriented attitude * Possess valid driving license is a must * Working attitude * We need that person is living in Take provinces or his/her hometown. * Able to work 2 provinces in Kompong Speu and Kompong Chhnang.
