• Provide guidance to customers on the facilities in the Mall and where they are • Help lost children to find their way in safe manner • Manage lending of character card and wheel chairs • Recording and reporting the lost items of customer • Receive, keep the found items and also return back to the owner of the lost item according to the policy and procedure of the Mall • Collect feedback from customer and client and report to supervisor • Helping customers to follow evacuation procedures in the event of evacuation • Answer the telephone and answer questions professionally • Using public communication systems to make announcements • Corporation with other team to ensure the customer get proper support • Be professional and courteous at all times and make guests feel welcome
