• Electrical control, air conditioner (AHU), lighting fixtures, pumps, inspection of disaster prevention equipment. • Electrical parts, outlets and plugs, faucets, piping, V-belts, replacement of bearings. • Simple welding repair, temporary repair work of rain leak, piping that leaks water. • Repair or maintenance any facility machines at site. • Work with customers about the quality of service, improve service quality better on behalf of the Aeon Delight. • Be responsible for the quality of facility management services at the buildings, offices, shopping mall, supermarkets according to standards. • Perform and respect your own working roster, timekeeping, reward, discipline. • Managing and maintaining of facility machines, equipment, and other tools at the work. • Understanding about the electrical drawings, able to confirm and correct the CAD drawings. • Report to Operation/Site Manager and prepare regular report. • And other tasks required by the manager.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer - At least 3 years’ experience in working as technician - Knowledge about electrical & water pump - Good computer skill (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Internet &Email;) - Good English skill - A punctual person - Provide fast support and good communication to all staffs. - Corporate with team to perform the role well. - Self‐motivation and self-improvement at workplace.
