Make small cash payment request form (limited to those who can handle cash), 5. Uniform management, 6. Managing lost items, 7. Management of office supplies (copiers etc.), 8. Management of daily operations of the information counter, 9. Monitor internal rules and prohibitions, 10. Check of order in disaster prevention center, 11. Correspondence of investigation request from HQ, 12. Other, general affairs relations.

- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, or related fields. - At least 3 years’ experience in working as admin - Good computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet &Email;) - Good English and Japanese skill - A punctual person - Provide fast support and good communication to all staffs. - Corporate with team to perform the role well. - Self‐motivation and self-improvement at workplace.
