- Provide research and analysis support regarding markets. - Collect and analyze core data related to potential transactions and investment opportunities, contribute to and support the team’s production and delivery of research materials for internal and external audiences. - Do in-depth qualitative & quantitative analysis and come up with valuation for projects with the data results collected. - Understand the whole process of transactions, assist in processing agreements and documents required at all stages of a transaction. - Conduct in-depth due diligence for potential investment opportunities, including but not limited: attending investment meetings, due diligence planning, travel to on-site visits. Projects valuation and review of legal terms. - Prepare materials for pitches, presentations and investor meetings. - Analyze market trends and incorporate findings into presentations, reports and white papers. Responds to ad hoc internal and external client requests for data, graphs, commentary etc. - Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or related field. - Fresh graduate or Entry level. - Strong analytical and technical skills in Microsoft Office. - Fluent in Khmer and English. Chinese language would be an advantage. - Proactive, high energy, self-confident and entrepreneurial mind-set. - Ability to work autonomously and pro-actively and to take on responsibility quickly - Naturally curious and enjoy solving problems. - Passion for investment and advisory.
