1. Consolidate staff requisition from all functions and incorporated into recruitment plan 2. Prepare job announcement and advertise through various recruitment platforms both virtual and off-line channels to acquire potential candidates. 3. Work closely with hiring managers to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes to ensure the best fit candidates are hired to meet our company’s current and future needs 4. Build applicant sources (talent pool) by researching and networking through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees to fast response placement services. 5. Recommend new policies, practices, and implement recruiting initiatives to improve organization attractiveness 6. Acquire and maintain all necessary documents from employees (CV, study and employment records, national ID, family book, guarantee letter, medical health checkup, employee book etc…) 7. Implement onboarding program to ensure that inductions are effectively conducted

1. Education: o Bachelor Degree of Business Administrative or equivalent 2. Experiences: o 1-year experiences with recruiting, technical recruiting a plus or fresh graduate 3. Skills and knowledge: o Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills o Have a good understanding of business needs o Good in English, both oral and written
