Jobs Description

1.Assist admin supervisor in monitoring performance of the security guard and cleaner; 2.Spot check on guards, cleaners, receptionists & drivers’ performance as required by supervisor, recorded and maintain it properly; 3.Assist in preparing proposal for purchasing office supply & appliance; 4.Checking cartridge tonner for printer and copy Machine and follow up for their service requirements; 5.Ensure Stationery items and amounts are sufficient for purposes; 6.Supply Stationery to all departments when requested and according to the Company Policy & procedure; 7.Ensure Stationery Stock is up to date record to be done on timely manner and accurately with zero error; 8.Ensure all Petroleum Expenditure of the month are being collected & consolidated report then submit to ACF by the end of the month; 9.Assist in Building maintenance & utility – ensure internal facilities such as office rooms, toilet, and stores are being cleaned & keep in order as required. Fire extinguisher Inspection, Air-conditioner are maintained & Serviced and always ready for purposes; and 10.Assist other co-worker in related job; 11.Comply the company policy, rule & regulation; 12.Participate in the Quality of Work Environment Program through KAIZEN & 5S; 13.QE (5S) Program Apply Corrective Action after audit process; and 14.Perform other related tasks as assigned by superior.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor of Business Administration, Management or related fields • Minimum one year experiences in Administrative job • Computer literacy (Word Excel, E-mail, Internet, and Power point) • Preferably good in written and spoken English • Administrative writing skill ( English and Khmer) • Good interpersonal & Communication skill **Benefits - Competitive Salary - Fully Cover insurance - Seniority, Public Holiday, AL and other leave fully complied to Cambodia Labor Law. - Working Hours : 8:00AM - 5:00PM (1 hrs, lunch break) - Yearly Salary increment.
