- Prepare documents related to sale method such as customers list, product orientation, quotation, house booking process etc. - Present product and project features and selling points to customers. - Achieve monthly sale target - Go on field to find customer for selling company product - Convince customers and solve problems - Prepare sales annual plan and sales report - Update information about construction and new project - Organize things and responsibilities in the workplace well with great cooperation. - Keep good relationship with customers. - Display commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties to clients and explain their features - Making daily call in, call out reports and market information to supervisor.
