- Receive documents from procurement department and the other departments. - Calculate and verify supplier invoice against purchase order with others requirement documents. - Verify the approval on purchase order to follow with internal policy and procedure and manual of authorization. - Post invoice receipt against purchase order and supplier invoice with good receipt into SAP system. - Settlement consignment stock in SAP System - Upload shipment cost report into monthly transportation service expense in SAP system - Arrange and distribute documents to the right departments - Perform other duties as assigned by Senior/Supervisor
