Jobs Description

• Planning (business plans and forecast): • Budget templates preparations; • Work with commercial functions and support them to insure timely, relevant and reasonable budgets (sales, prices, discounts, commercial expenses) with sufficient details. Consolidation of planed reports and key-in to local ERP system; • Business plan and forecast profitability reports preparation (SKU/Brands/Category/Regions etc.) Month closing: • Tracking and checking the submitted expenses/compensations whether they approved and budgeted; • Accruals preparation with commercial functions (discounts and commercial expenses); Reporting and analysis: • Commercial reports preparation and analysis: Sales, Discounts, Commercial Expenses, profitability reports preparation in certain dimensions and formats (by SKU/Brands/Category/Regions etc.) • Periodic and timely commercial reports tracking – analysis of deviation (vs last year, budget, last forecast), addressing the issues and proposing solutions; • Profitability analysis by SKU/Brands/Category/Regions etc. Finance rationale and Profitability analysis: • Commercial promotions/activities/proposals analysis; • Commercial ad-hoc cases analysis; Tools/System projects: • Automation projects - participating in projects related to improve ERP system and reporting. Commercial Function Supporting: • Participation in cross-functional projects; • Develop Partnership;

Jobs Requirement

• University graduate or above in Finance or Maths; • CPA, ACCA or other accounting qualification holders preferred • 3+ Experience in FMCG in commercial controlling function preferred; • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles; • Analytical skills; • Familiar with ERP system (NAV, SAP or Oracle preferable); • Experience in BI tools is preferred; • Good working knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint; • Commercial understanding; • Organized, responsive, able to work under pressure and to focus on delivering results; • Communication skills. • Good command of English;
