Job Summary Chief Accountant will be responsibilities for monitor and support all activities of accountant in branch office such expense cash book report, payment, fixed asset ensure transaction running smoothly and accurate. Roles & responsibility •Supervise and coordinate Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Cashier and other support staffs •Supervises and manages daily transaction in branch office •Ensure the regular update cash book, bank book, and properly prepare payment and revenue vouchers; •Regularly monitor all expenses at the branch office, to make sure that it is correct. •Posting all disbursement and repayment into loan list report. •Properly record receipts, expenses and balance sheets •Posting clients ‘information into CBC’s template and sent to for upload into CBC system every week. •Ensure fixed assets of company need to register in list, sticker note and make adjustment, depreciation every month fellow by management and policy. •Participate in financial analysis and risk forecasting for companies •Manage company assets, office supplies and orders •Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance Manager.

Qualification •BBA or MBA degree in banking/finance, accounting, relevant fields •More than 2-year experience of Accountant Role and preferably within MFIs, Financial Leasing and Banking, •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, or any accounting system) •Excellent time management and organizational skills •Independent judgement and decision making ability •Excellent communication and leadership skill •Action oriented and results driven •Extensive knowledge of the Finance and Banking industry •Possess strong problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills •Spoken and written English proficiency ***-Remuneration -Competitive Salary -Fixed Monthly Incentives -Petrol Allowance up to $100/Month -Bonus for Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben -Annual Performance Bonus -Seniority Indemnity Payment -Annual Leave, Maternity Leave, Special Leave -Annual Increment -Uniform -Health and Personal Accident Insurance (NSSF) -Training and Career Development -Provide accommodation for branch staff
