- Control and maintenance all items/stock in warehouse; - Make sure all items are in good manner and tidy; - Make sure the stock is being stored in self and good condition; - Firmly check and record all in/out stock process; - Follow required procedures for stock control and management; - Protect all unauthorized person coming into warehouse; - Work with security guard to reconcile stock in/out process; - Consistently count physical stock compare to stock in report; - Process PR/PO to purchase officer for more stock demand to supply to the needs; - Check quality or situation of items before taking into warehouse and give notification in case any problem found; - Prepare weekly and monthly stock report as required;

- High School or University degree in accounting or related field; - At least 2-year experience in warehouse control/management; - Good computer literature Ms. Office (Ms.Words/Excel); - Good understand in stock in/out procedure; - Good knowledge in stock arrangement system; - Good communication skills. - Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated - Able to work under pressure and good at team work. - Good in writing/speaking/listening English or Chines is a plus.
