- Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products and to reduce cost - Analyze consumer behavior and report to the GM - Study competitors' products and services - Develop new partners relationships and maintain the relationship with existing partners in order to attract more customers - Prepare the company’s business partners evaluation - Develop effective promotion strategies for pushing sales - Follow up on potential concurrent product on the market and report to the GM - Analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns - Be able to understand about Point of purchase (POP) - Delivery of press release advertisements, social media, media buying, events and other marketing material - Developing, planning, budgeting, executing, and monitoring marketing plans, campaigns to promote both current and new products/services and on demand generation strategies to drive business growth

- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field - A degree in business, marketing or communication is a plus - Knowledge of Graphic Design or Photoshop a plus - Proficient in MS Office and marketing software - Strong project management and communication skills. - Good English (both written and spoken). - Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing. - Ability to quickly adapt to change. - Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
